Airnet's calling for Easterlies tomorrow, Weather.com calling for Sunny and 74... Sounds like a must-ride day! I fly in from Tokyo at 8:00 (into Seattle) and get home about 11:00 AM. I'll get a couple hours of Z's and head out to Rooster about 2:00. Anyone else going to hit it? How's the water level?

Don't know what the water level's like, but we were planning on getting out there... possibly around noon. Cool

I might try for a dawn patrol although I should probably work a little harder since this is my last week at work Smile

Also, how late do you think it will blow...?

Usually don't hit much traffic after 9, getting all the way to downtown maybe takes an extra 5 minutes at the most.

Forecast is looking pretty good, will take a look around 6am tomorrow.

The Windbow looks good into the late afternoon, though the morning starts off a little lighter.

Wow! Airnet upped the forecast to 19mph Easterly. This is more than that one Tuesday when I was barely hanging on to my 6m by 9am. Looks like it's gonna be a nuker. Will check the conditions at 6am and head out if it looks good. Hope to see everyone there. Bring your small kites!

Airnet had 30 forecasted that last, shitty day (when it was pretty much dead in Washougal and Troutdale was blowing 6). Hope it's decent!

Only time I have ever kited Washougal is when Corbett was reading 50+...

There is a spot a few miles west of Rooster that looks like it might be good on days when Rooster is blown out but its not windy enough for washougal... pull off the road when you can see the wing dam / sand. Not sure how gnarly the hike is.

6am... I think its going to go, some wind at troutdale (out of the north, but blowing all the same, and I think it did that before) and .1 and increasing pressure difference

anybody else?

Other option is wait till this afternoon, supposed to be high 60's!

Looks good at 6:42. I'm an idiot and overslept my alarm somehow. No way I can make it through traffic now. Have fun out there.
