Lost kite Knife at Spit

Lost a kite knife in a wrist sheath at the Hood River spit Tuesday early afternoon.

I was told by another kiter that the knife was found and placed on the sign post between the two kite shacks on the spit late Tuesday after I had left. When I arrived late Wednesday afternoon and discovered I had lost the knife, it was no longer on the sign.

Hopefully someone turned the knife into a board shop or is holding onto it for me, rather than leaving it overnight on the sign.

check with the Hood River Port Authority. They pick up items and leave in their lost and found!
