| Is this the same Cascade out of HR that used to make mast bases and stuff for windsurfing? Maybe they still do? |

Slither... I think you are confusing Cascade with Chinook.
Gary made my most fav ever windsurfer board. Then I thought he went out of business after the end of Clark foam cores.
Now I'm going to get one!

Yes, sorry for the blurryness...I think I even had a Cascade glass windsurf board, or maybe Barfly did. They were the shiz!
I will keep an eye out for a demo!
