Sounds like it was quite an adventure moving the slider yesterday. Glad everything worked out well. Should also thank the boat owner (name?)

You're all welcome. I do it cause it's fun. I hope we can get the slider out there now for everyone to enjoy once again. For the rest of you who haven't hit it yet, would you be interested in a slider 101 clinic? It wouldn't be free but all the proceeds go back to building more sliders...

I saw those guys go out a couple of times(for at least a few hours) to try and get that thing with no luck. But with strong determination, they got that thing in to the beach!

I think it's absolutley AWSOME the effort that these guys put in for everyone to have a great time. Way to go and way to be!! Thumb's Up

Next time you see me at the beach, I'll have a cold one waitin for ya!! Wave

No worries guys. Glad we were able to save it.

HUGE thanks to Brad for driving the boat! That was no easy task and took way longer than we thought.

You can go kiting any day. How often can you watch a solid metal slider pop out of the water like a breaching whale and start surfing behind the boat???

That would be dopesauce. I need someone to kick my ass into riding unhooked more. Once I get comfy with that I should be able to apply mah snowboard rail skillz, right?

Thanks for your hard work. I will donate to the project, but that never replaces hard work and taking time AWAY from kiting.
