Nice work... I should have started with that...but I'd like to see that with a C kite. I still don't have that control with by Switchblades, but that's the way it goes. I'll see you while I'm on the practice range

| After watching the first clip I was all set to through this guy under the bus as an idiot. Second Clip, still not totally sure his self preservation instinct is fully functional but the dude knows how to fly a kite! RESPECT |

I'm guessing the barbed wire dance is in the Rio Vista area -- they get some pretty steady inland winds.
More to the point regi - what is the result of your MRI? _________________ If you feel sleepy you need to be driving faster. |

| Aren't you suppose to use parachutes or para-gliders to do ridge soaring? I hope he has some good lines! |

Ya, I think we've been through this vid (or one like it) and discussion here before.
The last time I saw this I freaked that ridge-soaring with a kite put you at just a single point of failure from a likely death (only one line has to break). And someone responded that the pilot/kiter in question had mad skills and a paragliding background, and that he usually rigged redundant lines when he did this.
Its a sick vid. _________________ Lets FLY |

I hear the fences are safer to play with then the sharky waters of the pacific.
