Ha! I was just hearing the gusts out my window and thinking the same thing....there's a little east in it which should help for SI.

Lyle was good today! Sunny and overpowered 11m for me. Could have easily been on the 9.

i might head out to SI. Just out of curiousity; would the airport launch be kitable in these conditions. I know it's offshore, but other than that? Is it rideable only during east/west winds?

I tried out Kelly Point Park on the Willamette side. Great riding once away from the shore. Trees funkifiy the on shore wind, and tend to spin it around. Not a good thing.

Tugs left and right, causing me to head for shore frequently.

Had a couple of 15-20 foot jumps on my Speed2 15M.

Great time while on water, but after landing/crashing the kite on the beach to avoid tugs, many little twigs and logs get tangled in your lines.

SSW wind seems to shoot right through here. Will I try this spot again? Yes, but only if I'm jonesin' like day before yesterday Confused .

Happy snails,
David Shocked
