I have a 16m...
Not sure if this is because I use it in light wind but its a bit of a pain to relaunch as it is kind of heavy (8 struts), and it requires some creative 5th line tugging to get it relaunched. In a bit stronger wind it is no problem though.

This maybe a very subjective review since the only other kites I've flown are T2's, and they relaunch super easy.

I do think it goes upwind better than a lot of kites, I think the shape is more efficient (thanks to the battons) allowing the kite to sit closer to the edge of hte window while maintaining good lift. However, the battons make it kind of a pain to roll up the kite (they tend to break)

The depower works pretty good as well. I've used the 16m in gusty 25mph winds on fern ridge once, pretty scary but I managed

My guess is that the 10m would be a great kite considering it will be used for stronger winds.

I have a 12m and agree that the thing can be horrible to relaunch. Sat in that sort of windshadow on the Wash side, between the hatchery and the salmon river for about 15 min one day trying to relaunch. I also hate the 5th line. Seems like every time I crash the kite, I have to go in and untangle then go back out. Wont really fly tangled very well, like a 4 line set up. I do like the way it flys though. Very powerful and quick, just don't let it touch the water I guess.

Basically it flies great but doesnt do so well once its in the water...
Seeing as your 10m is going to be your most used kite, I'd get something with better relaunchability.
