Good find PKH. We've probably all seen the massive pieces of the wind farms rolling down 84...it's cool to hear they're making an impact.

Imagine what Gorge kiting and windsurfing would be like if wind power made it economically viable to dismantle the dams. Probably won't happen in my lifetime, but imagine "Watch out for that dam downwind" turning into "Watch out for that waterfall downwind...and the rapids before that...and the group of sandbars and pools before that". SICK
