Phil,
I completely understand why we have all these ads now, great for you, im glad that you get something out of all you put into this forum.
But as far as being affiliated with kiteforum, I think thats pretty F'd up.
Kiteforum is the exact forum we dont want to be like. And its people like Toby the owner of kiteforum who are single handedly making kiteboarding gay. That forum is gay, Toby is gay, and now i think we are kinda gay for being affiliated.
BOYCOTT TOBY AND KITEFORUM AND ANYTHING AFFILIATED!

ok this is for sure a joke (as in april fool's).
phil has stated in the past that if he were to "ad up" the site he would do it in a way that wasn't aesthetically displeasing. (perhaps gooooogle ads).
really i think phil is poking fun at toby here. phil is in the web biz and likely has stronger opinions on lay-out, etc. then "civillians" and i think he is demonstrating how much nicer nwkite looks by making it look like kiteforum for a day.
either that or he has lost his mind.

it has to be april fools i think. the ads look hardcoded into the html here it is with the < removed so that it wont render in anyones browser.

of course, when a page renders on the web server it can add that stuff into an html page, just like that, but usually there is a .shtml, .php or something besides .html as the extension which is what the first page has.
come on phil, it is a joke right? i'd hate to have to start advertising the new CGKA forums without banners |

you should ad a bunch of pop ads too...the annoying kind that keep popping up everytime you go back to the homepage....and make people watch 20second ads at beginning of each movie trailer before the movie clip
