I have taken kiteboarding lessons in Washington State, and in San Diego and none of these lessons are comparable to Carlos’. Carlos’ method of teaching will not only get you up and shredding quickly but you will feel safe doing it. Carlos uses the best gear which makes the kiting experience that more enjoyable. Carlos and Spring’s up beat attitude and great scene of humor makes them a joy to be around and will create an experience that you will never forget.

Jeez guys maybe He’s just stoked about kiting, and he had a good experience at kite the gorge school.. Don’t be so negative! He’s just expressing his gratitude and letting others know that Carlos has a good school.

Carlos and Spring are great. They set us up with great instructors and equipment and do all they can to make your day fun and enjoyable. They provided the equipment, patience and humor resulting in quick improvement.

My family and I enjoyed the experience with Kite the Gorge so much we made vacation plans to attend one of their Kite the Baja camps this winter. They are safe, fun and a great outfit. Carlos added more Slingshot equipment to better fit the needs of my son and I after our 1st lesson.

I have taken lessons from another instructor in Australia who was excellent also but he made me appreciate Carlos and Spring even more.
Don't mean to be too positive here. Just really saying thanks to Carlos and Spring for their classes.

Hap, a 50 year old beginner. (Isn't being 50 the new 30 as they say?)

I've never had a lesson from Carlos, but I met him at RR last fall. Seems like a really nice guy. The day I met him he had two students who were friends. They were out body dragging solo, and decided to go formation... The resulting mess of tangled lines must have taken Carlos hours and hours to clear up. He was very nice and understanding with the two. I wouldn't have been... Very Happy Obviously a VERY patient instructor.
