I've been known to slap a few churrasco's, ribeye's and baby back's on the grill. Unfortunately for the potato part, my wife doesn't like them, and, her whole mom's side of the family is from Ireland! LOL! Anyways, I prefer grouper , snapper or salmon; but with all the dioxins pcb's mercury and other toxins in the water, you can only have so much. But then poultry and beef has all sorts of antibiotics and growth hormones injected in , so you can't win! There's a reason Kentucky Fried Chicken changed their name to KFC, cause they ain't chick'ns no more! The texture is mealy and the taste is horrible. Buffalo is pretty good.
