Its supposed to be sunny and 60 on Wednesday and airnet is predicting 14 E at 4:00.
What do you think? What is the situation with the water level? |

If it's 60, sunny and rideable, I'm there. About what time you thinkin'? The water level still should be do-able I would think - unless it's gone up 4+ feet. -C
Also, any suggestions on good boots - I was in pain after my last sesh d/t poor fitting boots. - C |

gorge performance has every flavor of bootie - opted for the 7mm they kick ass on the surfboard and skim - not so good to wedge into a binding need something thinner |

You are a shell of a man.
Seems like everyone is getting some but me i'm trying to make up for spending all of last spring and most of the summer in a cast.
Besides, I think if the sun is shining, it will blow harder than 14. The are forecasting the same for Stevenson and you know if Stevenson is blowing 14 then Rooster will be at least 20. |

| You guys realize an E 14 mph forecast for Rooster means it'll probably blow somewhere in the 20-40mph range if it blows at all? Don't forget your small kites. |

I'm in!!! I just drove by the river and it's lower than when I rode last week, so the launch should be good upriver a bit from the Volleyball courts. The forecast is down to E @ 12 at Troutdale; same forecast last week and I was on my 7m at Rooster!
Genek, I have a pair of gloves you can use. |

| I might make it if its Thursday and blowing. Is a 6 mm wetsuit gonna cut it or is everyone in dry suits? (also have hood, boots, gloves) |

I personally would only go out in a drysuit... On the other hand, last week there was a guy out in a wetsuit. He said he was fine until he started packing up at the end.
Dress for the swim, not the ride... |

I'm going with a 5/4/3 new boots and nice gloves.
I'll probably through a layer of polypro on underneath my wetsuit for good measure.
I'm not planning in getting wet, but Nak hit the nail on the head. maybe Adam will show up in a shortie.

Tucker and I planned on riding Thursday... Spent 6 hours this afternoon tearing off my friend's S2000 tranny to swap clutches, and will now have another 6 hours of shit tomorrow. Fuck! Definately wearing the drysuit and gloves though. Probably no booties! |
