Thanks for the info....
I was checking the gorge.net cam today trying to see if there was a snow line...
The cam was blurry but it looked windy as hell...with some big swell.
Anybody get out? I heard some PDX'ers made a run for it?
PS. If the snowkite thing doesn't happen, I think they're forecasting Northerlies for the coast on Sunday...what better way to dissolve your hangover from the ragin kite party? |

| WS....I tried the spit late this afternoon / evening with my landboard and a 5 Waroo but the sand was a little thick so it felt like I was riding with the E-brake on when not powered. A 7 or 9 would have been much better. There a some good rock-free areas to cruize around to get a fix in. Cold tonight..possible rain / light W Winds tomorrow so maybe Dalles Mtn this weekend. |
