its been done a couple of times, never tried it myself. You'd need a lot of wind without opposing current though.
I've had good luck at Rooster on strong SW wind days... it will blow westerly at rooster if its strong enough in town. |

Portland is currently 24 with gusts to 32
scaptown is 9 with gusts to 18 (half an hour ago)
It gets dark at what? 5? i'm flipping a coin.. |

LMAO.. the scooter thing was a rental although I could grab my sons skateboard and a trainer. I bet you could have some fun with a landboard out at PIR. Problem is, its going to be dark in 2 hours  |
