its been done a couple of times, never tried it myself. You'd need a lot of wind without opposing current though.

I've had good luck at Rooster on strong SW wind days... it will blow westerly at rooster if its strong enough in town.

Portland is currently 24 with gusts to 32

scaptown is 9 with gusts to 18 (half an hour ago)

It gets dark at what? 5? i'm flipping a coin..

LMAO.. the scooter thing was a rental although I could grab my sons skateboard and a trainer. I bet you could have some fun with a landboard out at PIR. Problem is, its going to be dark in 2 hours Sad
