scary....but guys like that are what cause kiting to get banned in areas when they are out of control near beach/people. he was totally out of control.....reminds me of events i saw at Sauvies back when everyone was learning on 16meter 01/02 gear .....not the best stuff to learn on i remember having a kite land on my car when i was at sauvies |
