| Skunked today you didn't miss it- damn nice at the beach though - no wetsuit but did wear a down vest that worked really well.

Now it's back to some rain but there's supposed to be a good clearing effect for this storm coming Tuesday... we'll see but ocean and river conditions have been well above par around here for several days.
Strong east winds = lagoon sessions. Post it in your log Spike, get there at hi tide.

Was a bit deliquent on the paparrazi duties - was hoping for a vaj shot.
But did do my part on the beach cleanup - hit it Friday at the full moon dead high - beach was gone - so cleared a spot for the kite in the high tide flotsum, lay out the kite, blow it up and take a step back and wham! (punji board of death) buried completely nails up - stuck in my 7mm bootie, bruised but not punctured, nasty.

Ouch. So many little hazards there. The new shoots of grass are also nasty. They can punch your booties or bladder, be careful where you land your kite and walk, esp. when it looks like flat, open sand.
