they just don't know it.
Many people rejoyced when the twin towers fell
Our consumptive lifestyles
are a bone of contention, worldwide.
But I would imagine if the disaffected had enough money to take thier children to the soccor games,
They could put off blowing themselves up
until next week.
So while they hate us for holding them down,, until we buy enough goods from them to move them up to the level of not starving ,
There will be resentment.

i enjoy a rabble-rouser every now and then,....part of this democratic society.
its all on what you want to think,....but if you look at what our corporations are doing to other country's.....There's no wonder why they cant get ahead.

no question about it, really.
here is where it gets dicey: if you drive a car you are also killing yourself.
its called metabolic syndrome: high blood pressure, diabetes and obesity with a side-order of heart disease and cancer thrown in.
all related to that mini-van the soccer moms are driving.
the fix: its likely hangin from your rafters or gathering dust in the corner of your garage. get off your fuckin ass, ride your bike to work. if its too far to ride to work, move your fuckin ass closer to your job. if thats not possible, get another fucking job closer to your house.
do SOMETHING, get our heart rate up every day.
or else one day soon ya may end up flat on your back with a tube up your nose and one in your dick, thinking: "shit, is that all there was?"

read in the paper a few months ago how the child mortality rate in third world is something like 50% lower then it was 40 years ago.
global life expetecncy rises every year, global infant mortality declines.
something to think about the next time you hear another rant about how everything is turning to crap. personally, i'd rather live in a world where kids get sick and die less frequently.

Dont misunderstand. I drive a car all the time. I also fly in planes when I need to (terrible polluters they are).
But I dont pretend I'm not doing any harm to the ONLY enviorment that I, you, and every human being, including my 6 month old son, has.
I once asked a friend of mine while discussing this very topic, "would you park your car in your garage, close the door , and leave it running?" His reply was, "NO, it's an enclosed space!"
"Well duh" I said, " so is the earths atmosphere, and there are millions upon millions of cars running at any time day or night."
It's only a matter of time.

overall this is a positive post. it shows me that people are ready for change. It is a sign of the times, the more we come together and express these opinion's, the closer to change.
