Tue Sep 25, 07 12:47 am best depower c, bow or hybrid kite? |
|
|
Hi, I have been riding Naish kites for about 6 months now, but I tried out a FOne Tribal recently in gusty conditions, and found the depower to be fantastic - so much safer than my Naish Boxer. The FOne is a french hybrid kite, with about 80% depower.
I'd like to buy something as safe, so have you any recommendations?
Thanks! |

most all SLE kites will provide a great deal of depower compared to a C-kite. Hybrids provide a bit less but retain the *feel* of a c-kite...
its really a personal preference.. but for the most depower, stick with a newer SLE kite and you'll probably be very happy. demo demo demo..
and.. 100% depower is a myth. _________________ You fill that with Ice Cream and I'll eat it. |

FOilS
when they wad -up (0-power)
you could put them in a gallon can ,very safe
when in the can .
the safest thing is to get some time on the water in a BENIGN location |
