We've been getting blasted with wind since we hit Maui. Kihei has been nukin side-off so only at Kite Beach. My 8m C-Kite kicked my ass so I bought a 07 7m Waroo and I was still overpowered. Tony was lit on his 9 but held it down. Rebecca's been killing in on the 5m and doing back rolls. Atta Girl! So BamBam gave his 7.5m Cult to fly last night and the winds came down some. Not great pics but here's what we've been up to. GREAT to kite with no wet suits!!!!

| I came unhooked in a gust and watched my bar slighshot all the way to the kite. Guess the knot isn't big enough to stop the bar from going through. |

I'm heading to Maui in mid-january. Any idea of how it is that time of year? I just got back from Oahu and and was 8 days packed full of light wind.
