god damned Halo. I can barely keep my eyes open at work from staying up till 2am. Halo is dangerous.
also of interest, the pre-order sales for Halo 3 have already surpassed ALL sales for any video game in history (including world of warcraft). At last count it was 1.8 million. and that is pre-order only!!!!!! |

my brother says bioshock rules!
i haven't made time for it yet though. I REALLY need to pick a good HDTV and am just agonizing over it. I know there was a thread about it earlier which was very helpful. Still using a crappy squre tube tv. used to use my roomate's hdtv but he's gone. Haven't really felt the need to get a good tv until now  |

currently i'm playing bioshock on my x360 + 52" sharp aquos @ 1080p and all i can say is OMFG! what a fun game; looks absolutly amazing. I've probably never seen anything this good. maybe crysis look a little better at the highest resolution.
IMO, Bioshock really isn't that scary (doom3 is the only game that ever made me jump / scared); more like an interesting storyline, rather than scary.
assassins creed is game i can't wait to get my hands on; if you haven't checked it out and are a gamer, do so. |

speaking of uber-geek.
have the legendary version. and waited in line for it too. (but only about 45min total). no swag love from gamestop, so y'all didnt miss anything.
i thought the helmet thing would be really gay. but its kinda hefty and nice. i'm actually happy with the legendary version. probably not worth it unless youre a halo fan, but its pretty cool. bigger than the desription says, although not wearable by any means. |

This morning I woke up to my radio alarm and I heard the two DJ's talking about Halo 3. I had to laugh because they said one stage looked like Broke Back Mountain - I wonder what kind of shit they got hiding in the mountain  |
