Picked some up a week ago and got to say its as close to a cure as I have found... works really well. I take a "hit" when I get home after a sesh and then usually in the morning.

Just when you get congested after being in the Columbia... Oregonian I think coined the "River Nose" term.

PMB - I think any brand works.

The NeilMed Sinus Rinse really works well for home daily maintenance and post session cleaning >> http://www.unimedprod.com/

Small bottles of pre-mix are good to have in the car for quick post session hitting.... Thumb's Up

You can also make your own.

Isotonic (0.9%) saline is made from ~ 1 tsp salt (sea salt is best but can use kosher salt, too) in 16 oz. of water.

Hypertonic saline up to ~3x the isotonic may be better for some as it reduces mucous membrane swelling. You can try 2-3 tsp. of salt in 16 oz. which is closer to the ocean's ~ 3.5% saline.

That's why it getting to the coast is sooo good on the sinuses and nasal passages.
