Wind Shade ?

Out at the beach, i have a windshade. It's sort of like a tent cut down the middle and works good to shield you from the wind. I'd like to get one for tomorrow to set up for my wife to sit behind so she doesn't have to crouch on the ground behind a kite.

I got the one at the beach at a kite shop. Does anyone know where I can pick one up locally? In either Portland or Hood River?

I saw a couple of wind shades at 2nd wind about a month ago, I am not sure if they are still there or not. I kick myself in the ass for not picking one up. They come in a little blue bag and are in the tent section and were selling for about 20 bucks.
