The phone was in a windsurfers life jacket pocket and was knocked out after a hard crash. It was in a water proof case. He was at Dougs and it floated to Lyle. Someone fished it out of the water and tied it to a stick in 2 feet of water. I found it 2 days later. It still worked so I called some numbers on it and found the owner! Pretty funny!
