| Florida is not very windy until late fall. There is wind to be found there in October, but it isn't reliable. |

| maui seems to always be windy. but if you want east coast you might try cape hatteras north carolina. i kited there last week and it was killer. rode my 12 all day and loved it. warm water waste deep. couldnt ask for more. and i bet the ticket price is cheaper than hawaii. but it is the summer still and the heat drives the wind out. |
