I was there a couple of weeks ago. Conditions where really ideal 20+ sideshore, no crowds and downwinder potential. But no kiters. 
anyway I was just wondering.

It is about 8 miles North of Florence Oregon and I think that it is spelled Haceta with no h at the end. Looked really killer, I couldn't believe that there were no kites in the sky. Anyway I was just wondering.
