Hi CGKA / Schools,

Is there a plan being discussed to deal with the leftover log piles on the sandbar?

Magicmaker and I discussed just making them with some buoys. Everyone donate your tide bottles and I'll buy some marine grade rope. We counted six in the pool furthest west.

If you have a total count, I'll start washing more clothes. Smile

The cleanup was incredibly successful, but those piles that are still around were simply too wet to "go away".

We have no immediate plans for getting rid of those piles.

As it is we have gone from having dozens of hazards to two, so were are leaps and bounds better off than before.

If the piles are marked with bouys make sure we get the sheriffs Ok. In anouther post the marine sheriff said he would be removing all unaproved bouys.
