Where are people camping out these days?
I haven't camped in my van since the Walmart days (yes, it's been a while!)
Thanks in advance!

If you want to be in or very near HR, I don't know of other options than Walmart...assuming they are still letting park overnight?
Rufus is always my go to spot. Heard Roosevelt is nice, 3 mile but now you're getting out there. |

Rufus and Avery are good and close. Avery is small though. _________________ "I have often regretted my speech, never my silence" ~Xenocrates |

Rufus is 45 minutes away from Hood River and Avery 30 miles away in Washington.
Try Coburg beach pullout just east of HR. You need to go to Mosier and return on I84 westbound.
Walmart has changed their policy - they don't allow overnite parking anymore.
I've noticed RVs in Safeway parking lot. |

Doesn't Viento allow RV's?
Why doesn't the port allow overnight, dry RV parking on the massive unused grass lot to the south of the event site in the summer??? _________________ Jeff |
