If you are thinking about coming out to play, I'd be very happy to rent your power drill, with a 1/2" metal bit and a 3/16" metal bit and then either a hacksaw or pipe cutter if you just happen to have them available.
Installing a flip jack on the trailer and can't justify buying all that for a one time use. I have power and all the other tools just need these items.
