Someone was involved in a collision with a windsurfer at the hatchery and took off. They should make amends with the person they hit. Details: Monday the 22nd "slingshot kite blue yellow and black. All new Slingshot gear but he didn't recognize him so he doesn't think he's local. Same physical description with the added "his eyes looked like he's possessed".
