Barfly is the master of board repairs, but I would guess you can just plug the hole with some Styrofoam and use epoxy solarez to seal it up. |

Brad does most of the repairs for Gorge Performance here in Portland. He has a new shop out in Camas you can drop the board off there or at Gorge Performance. He does good work.

Sticking some foam in it and sealing it up is always an option for a quick fix |

Every repair is different so a photo may help. Depending on how big the hole is will determine the proper repair. You will most likely want to get a kit that includes some actual cloth. Take the cloth and twist and pull the fibers apart until you have a fiber wad big enough to fill the hole. Fill with resin, glass over the whole and sand smooth once cured. Plenty of YouTube videos on the subject. |

Many methods will work fine. If you are interested in a refined process that pros follow, use Q cell with a mix of epoxy resin/catalyst to fill the hole. Then fabric and glass coat. This method works with poly or epoxy. Really good overview here http://www.overturesurf.com/ding_manual.pdf |

thanks for repair help. Board lady and Barfly link to overture are awesome. I cheated some early steps. However, overture finishing steps should hide my mistakes. |
