I've been a climbing instructor for 8 years and am new to kiting. I've put in a full year with the B3 trainer and am looking to make a step towards flying full sized kites. I'm wondering if there are any kiting instructors out there who would be interested in trading rock climbing lessons for kiting lessons?
I'm fully certified, with over 1000 days of instruction experience and could provide all the equipment you would need except for shoes. I'd feel comfortable teaching in a gym or on real rock, toproping, sport, trad, multipitch, your call.
In exchange I'm hoping to learn the critical safety info, self rescue, and hopefully get myself up on a board. Most likely I'd be looking to do this trade near the end of September.
