My kites guys Blake , Brian and Sam will be there with me the windsurf guy. I can haul away trash is my pick up not to make work for the Island Wildlife crew. Will also bring cold full cans that can be properly emptied and disposed of.

sounds like a great idea. Just post the day and time.

Can also call the SOLV folks... they are happy to have groups sponsor certain sections of beach and will supply trash bags, gloves, etc for organized cleanup events.

I really wanted to have Mark from ODFW come out and meet some of us but since it is going to be windy out there tomorrow, lets just do it tomorrow..Monday.

I have trash bags and a bunch of gloves. I am also going to bring two rakes so we can rake up the debris line on the kite beach.

Lets shoot for 5:15, we can meet at the south end and walk down. I'll contact the ODFW office tomorrow about picking up all the trash. If ODFW staff can't make it out we'll take a bunch of pictures.

Sounds good, I'm in! How about we meet at Kite Beach? I plan on getting there WAY early and get in a session first. Plus, everyone knows exactly where that is, less chance of confusion.

I was going to post that I'm not available Monday, Wednesday or Friday, but looks like the date is set for tomorrow (Monday). I'll see what I can do, very busy day tomorrow.
