i am already going to be out there to help with the cleanup....was wondering if tunes would be in order? just a thought, wouldn't want it to be to windy as my gear does not take to kindly to sand. All i would really require is a table to set up shop on i have my own source of power "Genny Honda" Very Happy she works great on about $1 worth of gas for about 8 hrs Very Happy

Forum thoughts?

Please not if i were to bring the tunes it would significantly cut down my part in the cleaning because i would be mixen for da troops....let me know i am down for either or, just let me know what is preferred for the group:D

Tunes would rock for sure! Sounds like there's some wind though so not sure if that'll work or not. Guess u can always bring em just in case.

As long as you rock the storm trooper outfit I think it is a good idea.

Sorry, I don't have a wind block. Someone mentioned that it was almost 11m about an hour ago.

Ya thanks for organizing Monkeyboy. The clean up and the conditions were both a success.

I took a few pics, NOT Rico quality for sure, but I'm posting about 30 of them anyway. They are currently uploading to my picasa site. Click the gallery icon in the top left corner "Sauvies 2008-07-07":

Here's a special one just for PDXMB. That's his kite in the air, I think he's under that huge splash somewhere....

Hey all from Tony your friendly photgrapher!

I just go in a little bit ago, have downloaded over 1k pics from today, it was a blast! I had a good time being the "cleanup photographer", and hope that I got some worthwhile shots that will show the world that kiteboarders aren't just a bunch of slackers Very Happy !

Once I go throught them, I'll start posting, so keep your eyes open, and thanks to the Gang for planning this and following through and making SI a better beach than it was this morning!

was good to see so many of us out there on a Monday night!

Beach looks great now, and its so much nicer not to walk over all that debris during launching and landing!

Getting some time on the water was a bonus... and props to the hot dog griller! Thumb's Up yum.
