Been getting stuck in Dallas doing the Field Service standby thing more then I like. Was hoping to turn lemons into lemonade by doing a few sessions on some of the local lakes. Found a web site with spots but no local forum of information. NWKite has me spoiled. Anyone done any kitting in Dallas?

You will have to create a log in to get on the message board, but there are a couple Dallas riders that pop up on there. |

XL is the first legit shop in the Dallas area and carry Slingshot, Liquid Force and many other top brands and they also teach lessons on a number of lakes around there.
David has the local conditions wired and can direct you to the best place for the conditions on any given day... sometimes have to chase it to get to the right spot for the wind direction.. which is often frontal winds.. so timing and location are key.
We did a LF demo with them there is the fall and it was great. First time I had ridden on an inland lake.. besides snowkiting.
Luxury set up... pump up on nice grass right next to your car.
