More and more I hear about slingshot being super cool in these regards. I suspect that many feel the same but positive customer service is a huge. Although the hype machine would have you believe differently, many of the new high end kites are going to work great for 80% of the kiters out there.
That said, if I narrowed it down to one or two brands, I would definitely choose the company that is going to take care of me. This is the third story in about 3 months where SS really seemed to go above and beyond what many companies would do just to keep people stoked and out on the water...and that is why I spent $3,500 on new slingshot gear this year  _________________ Bury me standing cause I won't lay down!!
