I agree with Phil....The winds should be from the North (even a NW wind should be good) - The North winds are what really makes Sauvies a
place to ride....and the North winds are really what seems to kick off the summer @ SI....and the kick off for kiting @ SI is what this contest is about...
thats just my 2-cents
