I have a house in Hood River and I now have a job in Tacoma. I don't stay a whole lot in Tacoma (maybe a hand-full of days a month at most). I just thought there might be someone out there in that area (Tacoma-ish) with a room or garage apartment or something that would like to trade for use of my 800 sq ft house in West Hood River... some kinda wind junky might go for that, I figued. It would probably be over the next 2 to 5 years.
