I was at Meadows. It was pretty crowded in the morning because Cascade, vista, and the heather canyon lift were not running so everyone was bunched up on the rest of the lifts. But about 1:30 they opened up Cascade and Vista - spread it out and also a lot of people left to go watch the super bowl - it was all good. I was on my skiis - the powder was actually too deep for me - I kept sinking in - I was getting worried I was going to affixiate myself - the poweder easily went up to my stumach - just had the wrong equipment. But there was definately good skiing to be had that day!! |
