OK more stuff has been bugging me so I went about making it do what I want. So now...
-You can view past dates and a starting hour
-You can view wind in knots or mph, temps in F or C, and pressure in millibars or inches
-your selections stick when you view another region
-comparisons only for remote stations that don't make sense to show on the main report (e.g North Bend - Pasco for the Gorge)
-links for each station points to a new stations page that let's you pick other stations and days
-doesn't show zeros when a reading is missing for a station
-plus slightly spiffed up link generation for navigation the regions

The past dates has been something I've wanted to add for awhile but this was way more complicated than I thought it would be but now it's done. Seems to work without any snags, bang on it and let me know if I missed something
