was not expecting it but got a really fun session at woodland late this afternoon. only about 8 or 9 knots. felt the most in control of any session so far despite the wind being really marginal. was really working the kite in the light wind and was suprised just how much apparent wind i could generate and how the kite would maintain it once i got it moving. when i had the kite parked to mess with my board it was almost falling, yet when i sined it a couple of times i could get up enough power to be up and not go down wind - darn i'm finally getting it and the seasons almost over!!

Amazing what the current will do for ya too. Keep it up, we've got a few more days. Cool
