5 brand spanking new Yarga kites were to arrive after 5-7 days shipping with DHL.
It's been 12 days now and DHL says they don't know why the package has been sitting in Longview WA for 5 days. They can't get ahold of the warehouse on the phone.

| Karl you got that right, last time I went to them to drop a LCD tv off for shipment I was worried if it would even get on a truck. The staff were definately all tweekers. |

Still no kite! Best called them this weekend and they swore it would arrive today at 2pm. Nope.

DHL does suck... they came to my door today to drop off some bladders and instead of just leaving them with security like UPS, FEDEX, USPS, etc... They leave a message saying I wasn't here and they'll try tomorrow.
Damn lazy driver just didn't want to wait for security. Funny thing is this happened last time with them too.
Good news is you can usually just call the local dispatch and have them drop it off that same day. Get on the phone and RAGE and you will get serviced. Get the tracking number from Best and then call DHL:

Other bad one is FEDEx Ground. They could not find my downtown office location. 930 NW 6th Ave. Hey do you think that could be the 900 block of NW 6th ave? They tried 3 times to find it, and failed. so I have to go to Swan Island to pick up my computers.
I told them that FedEx Air has no problem finding it everyday |

Ahhhhh!
I ordered another kite- shipped 5 DAYS AGO through DHL from the same address (Florida) and I recieved it today. The dumbass came from the same wherehouse that my other kites have been sitting in for the last 7 days.
I only wish I was there at my place when he delivered it. I call the customer service line 2-3 times a day and they still don't know why the box hasn't gone out.
I may go postal....
