Just registered with NWKite.....Good to hear some fellow NW'rs out there. Its that time of year where the visiting kiters really start diminishing. Big swells and shorter days, but if we're lucky like we've been this week, a few more good sessions in store. Survival conditions on the open beaches the last couple days - Yee hah!

| the ocean has returned to a more summer like state -- easy to get out in between sets and big only when a set rolls through. that mega south swell was wet and wild, but a bit too gnar-gnar for my skill level. you could go a looonnng way out and still not be outside when it's that big. |
