| So basically we're looking at 60-90! That might not be kiteable. Washougal's my next stop then.

The wind forecast for Sat wasn't up when I posted that... Jet Lag had me awake Airnet's forecast is not so severe:
http://usairnet.com/cgi-bin/launch/code.cgi?sta=KTTD&model=eta&state=OR&Submit=Change+Location
But Channel 8 weather is calling for Gusty East winds for the whole area Sat and Sun, generally that means pretty nuked out at RR.
I'll check out the water level at Washougal & Camas today and post it this afternoon.

You're such a puss.
Was out at Beacon Rock a few years ago to go rock climbing - it was gusting 60 to 70mph - was sitting in the car re-evaluating our plan -when this dude comes jogging by, was going to stick my head out the window and sling some shit "nice day for a jog" when this huge gust picks up all this highway gravel and lays him out.

Lots of sand at Cottonwood beach. Not like it was last year, but still plenty of room to rig a kite. The pictures shown are the beach just North of the Western edge of Reed Island. Camas looks a bit sketchier. Probably do-able, but not near as nice as Cottonwood. These pictures were taken at 3:00 today; I'm not sure what the water level change will be tomorrow. Does anyone have a good link for current and forecast water level?
