Tue Sep 11, 07 12:52 pm Let's call a meeting |

It seems like there are several people who are interested in this subject for a variety of reason.
How about we have a meeting and decide what needs to happen for next year.
Who can meet?
When can you meet?
Where do we want to meet? _________________ Hey, I'm being hahahahahrassed! |

One suggestion I always tell people when we talk about self rescues is to not roll up your lines. I know some people do but for me it usually creates a bigger mess and puts you in more risk of getting wrapped by your lines. Just unhook/unleash yourself from the bar and walk your way up one line to the kite and start rescuing.
When you get back to shore pull the bar around the back of the kite and everything should still be fairly straight. No spaghetti! |
ahh, os you don't have much of a shore break do you?
...or reef sticking up everywhere?
Here it is spagetti if you're lucky...something you can take care of over a six pack..often in two sessions (when drinking becomes more important than fixing lines).

You have become very active... you should become a member of CGKA. In fact, everyone on this site should be a member. That's how we get things done.....
