Nice Pictures! When were they taken?

Do you know if anyone has pictures from the sandbar on Friday 8/12?

I'm sure I'd be in the background with my jaw dropping as I kited next to Adam Koch and the rest of the crew while I was vacationing from New York.

Their secret sauce is not having to work and kiting every day.

Surprised

Actually the secret is being able to hold down an 8m kite when guys 75#s heavier than you are also riding 8's nicely powered.....kiting all day doesnt hurt either though.

Hey Crasher,

Super stoked that you got to ride with the Naish guys on the Friday... The pictures were actually taken the earlier in the week when Robby "The Godfather" Naish was also here kiting at Stevenson, and then over the following weekend of the 20th/21st during the Naish Kite Demo...

Great to here that you ended up kiting all over the area when you were here. Did you ever run into Didi?

Jon

Matt, The real secret... those kick ass 06 Torch's eh!!!

PS: Look for the "A" action in a Kiteworld Mag. coming soon to your local shop...

It was an amazing trip!

I ran into Scott Sorensen the as soon as I set foot on the sandbar for the first time then didn't see him for the rest of the trip.

Scott told me Didi was away that week so I didn't get to see him.

I did meet lots and lots of very cool people and made lots of new friends while I was there.

Not to mention riding super lit on my 7m all week.

Today I got skunked at my local spot after rigging my 18m, so needless to say, I wish I was still in The Hood.
