All of us know that Tony is a Glide addict. I am so glad that dog and owner stepped in and did something.
Tony stop riding light wind! Your friends are just trying to help. To bad the dog and owner missed the Glide job. You best lock the Glide up at home so no one takes it from you.

Scarecrow you only say that about bows cause your little youth fuel that you fly has the same range and depower of a bow kite, but in the c shape, a true guppy amongst sharks!  dont be fooled by this little guys C kite attitude! If your so hardcore why don't you ride an older True 4line C kite with little depower, then maybe you could talk all that shit!!

Sorry for the delay, I was just generating my thoughts...
Actually, first things first..who the hell calls themself "Snowy"....
Now agree, On this forum(NWkite.com) - we have spoken a great deal about Dogs chasing dudes, Gayness, Gayness, lots of Gayness and what others like to do in there closet behind closed doors....But "Snowy....?" Now this has gone way too far...
Ok Ok Ok…so I’ll be honest with you….You guys really pulled a good one on me…. 
So here I am walking back to my truck to put the rest of my crap away…than I notice my pump laying on the gravel and not on the backseat as I left it….Than I throw my harness in the back seat and than it hit me…I said “WTF” …..I walked back to look down the road – see If see any white smoke from that piece of sh** car with the pin heads that just took the machine but nothing…Than I said again “WTF…”
Than I’m thinking, I just can’t be loosing my mind…Or am I…So I turned and way down yonder, I see little John…So I says, hey ass whipe, what’s up the my shit sitting in my back seat… 
He’s like “what shit dude”
I says, “My shit that looks like a burrito ready to kick the flying crap out of someone....He’s like “Dude I don’t have your shit”…”Someone must have took it…”
He didn’t have a straight face so I knew something was way up…Yeah Yeah, john wouldn’t crack….I tried but he wouldn’t crack.
But I guess some dude walking (I don’t know him) by (about ½ hour later) said he seen some little black Subaru back up towards my truck and speed away….
Than I thought……(took only 1/2 second)……………”KREAMER…!!!!” ………..”WTF”………. !
So that’s all I know…
So if one of you coons has my machine…It needs to be given back...Ponto - Comprende...

As far as Sauvies and light wind....
I hate Sauvies...The wind is light, the water smells funny and the fu**'n sand gets in your crack....
Why I go there...
hhhuuuummm, maybe it's becuase I get out of work @ 4:00 most the time, and it takes me 20 minutes tops to get there...Thats even after stopping for gas and beer...Plus the walk is only 30 steps away from my truck, unlike the sand bar - when the wind dies by the time I pump up and hit the water.
The glide...well I aint going to say shit about the glide...I agree, I'm a little bit of a big guy 195 (meaning I can still easily bench press 2x my weight - sets)....So a little bit more surface is nice...What really hurts my feelings is seeing all you guys working so hard to stay up wind and walking up the beach... 
Since I got the machine w/ the glide, hell I don't ever remember the last time I walked up the beach or had to swim in...Nonetheless, I still have about 900 bones sitting pretty in the bank - which I will use to buy a smaller board with awesome speed and pop, so I can boost over you guys...boooo-yeaaahhh
As far as bows....Yes, bow kites are nice, and they do practically fly themselves. Most my kite friends fly bow kites. Some pro riders like PKH (Phill) and Chanson fly bows...Thats what they fly. But I am a C-Kite person...My first kite is a '02 fuel (which I will be happy to sell for 400 bucks without the bar)...I'm just wondering why I don't see any girls flying c-kites....hhhuuuummm...I just don't know...
Aside from that, High winds don't scare me, hell I fly my 13m when everyone else is on there 9..I rather be overpowered than under powered...If your a good kiter, than you'll know how to handle these conditions....Aside from that, I guess I'm still trying to make since in spending 7-900 bucks on a 9m kite that I will use less than 10x a year...
Thats 100 bucks ea. session....Remeber, I'm 195, live in Portland and I only go to the gorge on weekends, when it's blowing....As of today, I have only been in 9 meter conditions 4 times....during when everyone else is on there 7's....But most likely, I'll end up getting a 9 fuel....
Enough said...where's my kite you hosers....

I'm pushing 205, ride a skinny as jimmy lewis 133, live on the WEST side of Portland, and still fly my 9 more than my 16.
I think the nwkite community is trying to stage somewhat of an intervention on your behalf. If you bought a 9m bow kite you could hit stevenson up after work and have more wind, less sand, and a less stressful drive. Not to mention the fact that you can go faster, boost higher, and progress quicker at stevenson than you ever could at Sauvie. Look at spike, you think he could get where he is at by lugging his shit to the island every day?

Yeah, I would to if the wind was blowing more than 20mph...
The only place I use the machine is at SI....It's a light wind beach and thats all it will ever be...Period...
Maybe once in a while I'll use my 15....
No doubt, Stevenson is killer..That I agree...But I tend to go where most my friends go, even though I disagree sometimes...
