On several occasions now I've been cut off by people turning left from N 2nd onto Portway Ave in Hood River as I'm proceeding east-west to get to the Event Site in Hood River. They either assume you're turning right without signaling (as too many people do), or think there's a 4-way stop. Anyone else think this stop sign is a good candidate for a standard "Cross Traffic Does Not Stop" sign below it?
