This is a great design for learning as they are very user friendly in the punchy, gusty winds of the Gorge. These Strike designs are very popular and even have maintained the this wings original DNA into the newest model of the F-one series called the Origin (a renamed design of the V1 & V2 Strike).
The newer V3 Strike was a huge departure (& not well liked) from this V1 user friendly standard V1. F-one renamed this well liked, user friendly V1 Strike style of wing to the 2025 Origin. They still offer the soft handles as a standard option.
