Tue Jul 17, 07 6:40 pm lost my board shorts, no joke |

Crazy wipe out... not really. Don't know if I left em at stevenson on monday or put em on top of my car and drove off, but ain't got em no more. Grey, red and black pro-motion shorts. I know y'all don't wanna see me going no-shorts out there. Please pm me if you have em. On another note, where was everybody today (Tuesday)?? Wind was amazing but had to go home cause there would have been nobody to help land my kite. Better not be because of the clouds. If so, you are all a bunch of wussies. |

Dude - someone get this guy a pair of shorts and its too damn hot to be wearing a wet suit I would hate for that to be the new fashion! It would give a new meaning to the term "kiteboarding balls out" |

Is is not possible to gently land the kite at the edge of the window near the shorline and just swim in with it ? _________________ I wish I was half the man my dog thinks I am |

Might be possible, but it's more of a pain in the ass. If you dumped it to the left, you'd have a chance of putting it into the rocks (but it'd be more in the wind shadow). To the right, it's clear of the rocks, is going to have some juice in it. Either way, you'd still want to 5th line it, or depower it to one line however possible. Then you'd get to roll up a wet kite on the cleanest launch!!! |

Was more of an issue of being the only one out on the water if something happened, with nobody on shore to go for help if needed. Oh, and of course nobody to watch me show off my 40ft kiteloops w/ handle passes |

Since I found them left on the beach at the end of the day we can't make up any jokes about how you lost them. Darn! Call when you get to town and we'll deliver.
