i took my slingshot b3 out today for the third time today and i noticed a very small tear at a seam where one of my lines connects, what is the best way to repair this before it gets worse, and is it common for a kite to tear that quick, wind was probably 15 tops and i didnt crash today

Maybe post a photo? My experience with the foils is they are bomber... never had any issues with my B2 and I have abused it.

Airtime is the best place for repairs in the area... you could ship it to them.
